At Madisyn's Creative Outlet, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to an issue on our part, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.

Eligible Reasons for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Quantity – If you receive more or fewer items than you ordered.
  • Wrong Item – If the item you received does not match your order.
  • Unauthorized Purchase – If an order was placed without your authorization.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival – If your item arrives damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days after delivery at madisynscreativeoutlet@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Provide clear photos of the item(s) if the issue involves damage, incorrect items, or incorrect quantities.
  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).

Additional Information

  • Returns must be in unused and unwashed condition.
  • We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items, unless they fall under one of the eligible reasons above.
  • Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
  • Shipping costs for returns may be covered depending on the issue.
