At Madisyn's Creative Outlet, we take pride in creating high-quality custom apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your order due to an issue on our part, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange.
Eligible Reasons for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Quantity – If you receive more or fewer items than you ordered.
- Wrong Item – If the item you received does not match your order.
- Unauthorized Purchase – If an order was placed without your authorization.
- Damaged Upon Arrival – If your item arrives damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 7 days after delivery at madisynscreativeoutlet@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the item(s) if the issue involves damage, incorrect items, or incorrect quantities.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s).
Additional Information
- Returns must be in unused and unwashed condition.
- We do not accept returns for custom or personalized items, unless they fall under one of the eligible reasons above.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs for returns may be covered depending on the issue.
